Delete Your 8 Weapons Data

8 Weapons uses Unity anonymous authentication on Android and iOS. There is no game email/password registration. Your automatically generated Player ID identifies your game profile and associated cloud data; your Google or Apple store account is separate.

To request deletion of data associated with 8 Weapons:

  1. Open Settings in 8 Weapons.
  2. Copy your Player ID from the Account section.
  3. Email support@animengine.org with the subject 8 Weapons Data Deletion Request.
  4. Include your Player ID. Do not include payment details, authentication tokens, or purchase receipts.

We will delete the anonymous Unity account data and cloud-saved game profile associated with that Player ID. This includes game progress, settings, fighter names, upgrades, unlocks, customisation choices, and recorded entitlements.

Deletion also covers your stored leaderboard name and entries, online win/loss/draw records, ranked-win totals, online gold reward records, and identifying information associated with you in online match reports. Reports involving another player are handled without exposing that player's private information to you.

Local data must be removed using your device's app-data controls or by uninstalling the game. Uninstalling alone does not delete your cloud data.

Purchase, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, legal, and support records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. Where such retention is necessary, we will explain what is retained and the applicable period when responding to your request. Data held independently by Google Play or Apple is governed by the relevant provider's policies. Deleting your game profile does not delete your Google or Apple account, erase the store's purchase history, or automatically request a refund. For purchase issues, see our Returns & Refunds page.

We may contact you if additional information is required to identify or verify the account. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
